- Direct Care Staff
(2 Full Time & 2 Part Time) shifts includes weekends and holidays
7AM-3pm, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7M
- Case Manager
Case Manager position available (Full Time with Benefits/Retirement/Health Insurance/Paid Leave).
Hours vary Mon-Friday 8-5pm. On-Call also required. Some Holidays and weekend work as well.
Requirements: Good collaboration skills working with community agencies and advocating for families. Case management background preferred. Able to develop and implement a plan of service and maintain all necessary records on each resident. Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, and be self-motivated.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral sciences, education, or related field. 1-year experience working with youth preferred. Must have a valid Driver’s License. Background check/Drug Screen done prior to employment.
