Residential Youth Care Worker – Shelter Care Staff
- (Full Time) Monday-Sunday 2nd and 3rd SHIFTS include weekends and holidays 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
- (PRN/Part Time) WEEKEWND SHIFTS and holidays 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM
Paid training, benefits (retirement/group plans) and full-time has health insurance plus paid time off. Most shifts include meals, snacks, and drinks. We have Management and growth opportunities from a Worker 1 to Worker 2.

Seeking mature individuals who are willing to work with youth ages 2-17. Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have plenty of patience. Must be 21 or older to apply. We are looking for individuals who can be positive role models to our residents. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, experience working with youth, (VALID) Driver’s License, and TB Test. Criminal History /Child Abuse Background check done prior to employment. All employees must pass a drug screening prior to employment. This is a smoke free environment.
Responsibilities: All aspects of client supervision and daily program operation.
Schedule Information: 8 Hour Shift, 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM, Weekends ONLY (Availability for part time staff)
