Seeking mature individuals who are willing to work with youth ages 1-17. Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have plenty of patience. Must be 20 or older to apply. We are looking for individuals who can be positive role models to our residents.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, experience working with youth, (VALID) Driver’s License, and TB Test. Criminal History /Child Abuse Background check done prior to employment. All employees must pass a drug screening prior to employment. This is a smoke free environment.
Responsibilities: All aspects of client supervision and daily program operation. Examples: supervision of residents, bed checks, cooking/general housekeeping (on occasion), documentation of clients notes, General play activities with youth, transportation, crisis intervention, and attending, staff meetings and training.
*Must have a positive attitude, be dependable, be punctual, and have good written and verbal communication skills.
