Salary starts at $10.00 per hour; some benefits for all (retirement) and health insurance/paid time off for full time staff. 3pm-11pm Shifts are served meals/drinks with our residents (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) at no cost.11pm-7am snacks/drinks are provided.

Seeking mature individuals who are willing to work with challenging youth ages 2-17. Must be dependable, have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, and have plenty of patience. Must be 20 or older to apply. We are looking for individuals who can be positive role models to our residents. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED, 1-year experience working with youth (preferred), Valid Driver’s License, and TB Test. Criminal History /Child Abuse Background check done prior to employment. All employees must pass a drug screening prior to employment. This is a smoke free environment.
Responsibilities: All aspects of client supervision and daily program operation. Examples: supervision of residents, bed checks, cooking/general housekeeping (on occasion), documentation of clients notes, General play activities with youth, transportation, crisis intervention, and attending, staff meetings and training.
