When we count our many blessings know that we count you…..

As the seasons change and the leaves begin to fall I look back at this challenging time of 2020. What an unexpected year. Adjusting to sheltering in place, PPE needs, cleaning at a level that no-one could imagine possible, and adjusting to less support from our community. We miss seeing our volunteers and donors. We miss our special projects that groups or individuals could help with. But we are blessed that you are still here and willing to help when needed. Some day when it is safe again we will all get together.

Our agency is grateful for those who checked in on the staff and children to see if we were doing ok. For those who found ways to meet our needs even from a distance. This year we had people donating cleaning supplies, sewing masks, and shopping online to make sure we had a meaningful summer and that we were ready for back to school. We were blessed by the candy, toys, and games donated for our Halloween Carnival. The kids had a safe and fun time. Your kindness made this happen!

November is here and we are so grateful for you and all your compassion for our agency and the youth we serve. We appreciate our hard working board members and staff for their dedication to the cause. We appreciate our community, our city and county officials, all the agencies and programs we work with, the schools and teachers, businesses that show their support, and to the Hands to Hands Community Fund for always being here when we needed you most! Our agency would like to wish you a Happy Thanksgiving!
